Shane Reely
Biography
Shane Reely is a fourth-generation Montanan. In 1990, he received a bachelor's degree, in political science from the University of Montana. He received a juris Doctor degree, with honors, in 1994 from the University of Montana School of Law. Shane earned his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.
After graduation, he joined Crowley Fleck, PLLP. While at the Crowley firm, Shane primarily focused on tax-exempt entities, general commercial transaction work preparing purchase agreements, lease agreements and miscellaneous business agreements.
Shane returned to his hometown of Missoula in 1996 to join the firm of Garlington, Lohn and Robinson, PLLP. At the Garlington firm, Shane practiced estate planning, probate, real estate, business transactions and liquor and gaming licensing.
Shane left Garlington, Lohn and Robinson, PLLP in 2008 to form the Reely Law Firm continuing to focus in his field of expertise. In 2016, his law firm merged with the Goodrich Law Firm PC to create Goodrich & Reely, PLLC. He continues to focus on estate planning, tax, probate, business transactions, real estate transactions and liquor and gambling licensing. Shane is listed in the "Best Lawyers in America" and "Mountain States Super Lawyers."
Shane and his wife Denise were married in 2013. They share three daughters and two sons. Shane enjoys mountain biking, fishing, bird hunting and time spent with family.
